We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.  We have created this 30 day return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Return Policy We will process a return for reimbursement if your product meets the following criteria:  

1. The product is returned within 30 days following the date of purchase.
2. The return product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with shrink wrap intact and labels still attached and otherwise enabling us to sell the product as new.
3.  If the item is opened and upon inspection is determined to be in “perfect” condition we will accept the product.
4. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return.

Return Procedures In order to take advantage of your ability to return a product under the Return Policy you must:

1. E-mail refunds@instruis.com to request a refund and we will assign a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to: Instruis Publishing Company Attention Return Department, tracking # _________ 25 Swinehart Road Suite 250 Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania 19525
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for the return and attach a copy of your receipt.  Make sure the tracking number is noted on the signed letter.
4. Instruis Publishing Company will not pay for return postage or any shipping of returned items.

  Restocking Fee

1. If the item you are returning is in its original unopened packaging, it is subject to a restocking fee of 25% which will be deducted from your refund.
2. If the item you are returning is opened and determined to be in perfect condition, it is subject to a restocking fee of 35% which will be deducted from your refund.
3. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
