Susan Algeo, MPH, CP-FS, has a Master of Public Health degree in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University. She currently is the Vice President of Training at Paster Training, Inc. Susan is a Certified HACCP instructor and Certified ServSafe® Instructor for the National Restaurant Association. She has trained thousands of employees for the food industry and successfully mentored many students to become trainers. In addition to training, Susan also gives presentations and seminars on a range of topics for food safety and responsible alcohol management to educate the food and beverage industry. Susan is a member of many industry organizations, including the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), and the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA). She also serves on the executive board of the New Jersey Association for Food Protection (NJAFP).
George Zameska, RS, MS, CP-FS, has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Health Science from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Public Administration from Rider University. George served as a government regulator and administrator for 32 years prior to his current position as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Paster Training, Inc. George has participated in and worked with multiple interdisciplinary, food and hospitality-related industry organizations and has provided numerous public health-related training presentations and programs to the food and hospitality industry. George is a Certified ServSafe® Instructor for the National Restaurant Association, a Certified HACCP instructor and certified TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) trainer. George has held membership, leadership and committee positions in numerous organizations including the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA), the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), and the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).
Tara Paster, FMP, CP-FS, is President and founder of Paster Training, Inc. Tara is an expert witness in alcohol-related court cases. With more than 25 years of food industry experience ranging from fine dining to quick-service restaurants, convenience stores and distribution, Tara possesses unique expertise in the industry. She earned her degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Food Service Management and earned her credentials as a Certified Food Safety Professional (CP-FS), Food Management Professional (FMP), and Master Trainer in Food Safety HACCP, as well as in Training for Intervention Procedures as a Master Alcohol Trainer in responsible alcohol certification programs. She is the author of three HACCP books. Tara is a member of the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA), the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), the Conference for Food Protection, NACS – the Association for Convenience and Fuel Retailing and the New Jersey Association for Food Protection (NJAFP). Tara is a member of the CASA executive board as the Associate Member Representative for Industry in New York, Canada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
