INSTRUIS PUBLISHING COMPANY LAUNCHED, FIRST TITLE SET FOR OCTOBER RELEASE.

Instruis Publishing Company, a new firm dedicated to training and education, has begun operations.  Based in suburban Philadelphia, Instruis Publishing Company will publish its first title, Alcohol HACCP – The Solution for Responsible Service and Sale of Alcohol, in October.

The hospitality industry is constantly impacted by changes in laws, regulations and customs. According to James Egbert, CEO and Publisher, “The need for focused training of owners, managers and staff has never been greater.   Instruis Publishing Company will meet that need.”

In addition to Alcohol HACCP, Instruis will publish three additional titles in 2013.   According to Mr. Egbert, “We will produce a comprehensive series of training titles and support materials for the hospitality industry.  Our initial titles will bring key innovations to responsible alcohol management and food safety training.”

All the training materials will feature the proprietary SURE system.   SURE (Safe, Useful, Responsible  Education) offers a complete cycle of training.  SURE makes certain that the needs of employees, managers, and trainers are aligned.
