Melissa Vaccaro, MS, BS Ed., CP-FS, CFMP, has a Master of Science Degree in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Education – Biology and Environmental Education, both from Shippensburg University. Melissa is the Vice President of Consulting for Paster Training, Inc. Paster Training works with top food and alcohol retailers, manufacturers, processors, and operations. As a core member of the PTI management team, Melissa leads, develops, and oversees Paster Training throughout the US; as well as, provides numerous public health related presentations and training. Before joining the PTI Team, Melissa was with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services for nearly 25 years during which she had dedicated her career to the service of safe food and the prevention of foodborne illness. Melissa served as a Food Sanitarian and then as a Food Sanitation Program Specialist for the Department during her tenure.
Melissa is the co-author of the SURE™ HACCP book series and SURE™ Food Safety book series. Additionally, Melissa is a Lead Trainer for the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food and Foreign Supplier Verification Program Courses, FDA Certified Retail Food Sanitation Officer, a PA Department Health Certified Health Officer, holds Advanced HACCP Certification, Prometric and ServSafe® Trainer/Proctor Certification, and has TIPS and RAMP certification. Melissa is a contributor of numerous monthly food protection articles to the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals EDGE Magazine. She is active in several industry and government organizations, including the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA), The Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) and National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). Melissa is the recipient of the 2015 CASA Award for outstanding service. George Zameska, RS, MS, CP-FS, CPFM, has a Degree in Environmental Health Science from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Public Administration from Rider University. Prior to his current position as Consultant and Trainer for Paster Training, Inc., George served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Paster Training, Inc. Before joining the PTI Team, he served as a government regulator and administrator for 32 years. George has participated in and worked with multiple interdisciplinary, food and hospitality-related industry organizations and has provided numerous public health-related training presentations and programs to the food and hospitality industry. George is a Certified Instructor for the National Restaurant Association, a Certified HACCP Instructor and Certified TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) Trainer.
Professionally, George has held membership, leadership and committee positions in numerous organizations including the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA), the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), and the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). Susan Algeo, MPH, CP-FS, CPFM, has a Master’s degree in Public Health in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University. Susan served as Vice President of Training for Paster Training, Inc., She is currently a Food Safety Consultant with WinWam Software and the Director of Project Management at Savvy Food Safety Solutions, Inc. She facilitates training classes for corporations nationwide and works with health departments to streamline their inspection process. Susan also provides other food safety services, including food allergy training, as well as consulting, helping operators and their teams improve their standards, procedures, and overall commitment to food safety. Additionally, she conducts third-party inspections of customers’ operations to improve their health inspection results.

Tara Cammarata, FMP, CP-FS, is President and founder of Paster Training, Inc. Tara is an expert witness in alcohol-related court cases. With more than 30 years of food industry experience ranging from fine dining to quick-service restaurants, convenience stores and distribution, Tara possesses unique expertise in the industry. She earned her degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Food Service Management and earned her credentials as a Certified Food Safety Professional (CP-FS), Food Management Professional (FMP), and Master Trainer in Food Safety HACCP, as well as in Training for Intervention Procedures as a Master Alcohol Trainer in responsible alcohol certification programs. She is the author of three HACCP books.
