Instruis Publishing Company Announces the Release of the Complete HACCP Food Safety Series.

Abington, PA

Instruis Publishing Company has announced that its series of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Food Safety training manuals will be featured at the 97th Annual Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials (CASA) Education and Training Seminar, which runs May 6 – 9 in Niagara Falls, NY.

“This is an ideal event to launch these breakthrough books,” said Instruis Publishing Company CEO James Egbert.  “This series of books and supporting content will have a profound positive impact on food service and retail food safety training.”

The three books, which were written by Tara Paster, CP-FS, FMP and Melissa Vaccaro, BS Ed., MS, are:  The HACCP Food Safety Manager Manual, The HACCP Food Safety Employee Manual, and The HACCP Food Safety Trainer Manual.

Originally developed in the 1960s, HACCP is a scientific approach to prevent, eliminate, and reduce potential hazards to ensure food safety for NASA manned space flights. HACCP is internationally recognized and widely used to protect food during manufacturing and processing. The new Instruis titles are the first comprehensive approach to applying HACCP principles in the food service and retail setting.

The three books are part of the SURE™ Product Line, which is exclusive to Instruis Publishing Company.  SURE provides employees, managers, and trainers with “Safe, Useful, Responsible Education”. According to James Egbert, “SURE illustrates our commitment to a comprehensive solution for food safety training.  We are proud to be the first to offer this solution.”

The books will be available for purchase at the CASA Education and Training Seminar, and through Instruis’ website, www.instruis.com.

Instruis Publishing Company is based in Abington, PA, and provides the very best food safety and responsible alcohol management training manuals and support materials.
